Delicious and refreshing

We just wanted to have a cocktail and an ice cream chocolate as a conclusion to a leisurely evening to Us. My partner had to address the waiter first, otherwise we would have waited even longer. Then only the cocktail was served and when after 10 minutes later the ice cream was not yet at the table, we again spoke to a service staff. This very attentive and slightly older lady (with glasses) gets from us this only star, because she was very anxious to save the failed visit yet and also paid off several times with us. When she brought the wrong ice-chocolate, because the young waiter had previously booked it wrong, she stayed friendly and apologized again. In the end, I still waited for half an hour for an ice cream, which was then not even prepared with the ice as previously ordered by me.

It was very delicious. Unfortunately it took a long time before the food arrived.

We sat at our table for what felt like an eternity and were rudely ignored by 3 waiters. Service looks very different!
